NUS is committed to making our events accessible and values feedback that supports us to ensure all attendees can fully participate in and enjoy events.

Accessing the building

Please make your way to the main reception for registration inside Carnegie Conference Centre where our friendly registration team will greet you upon arrival.

 

Accessible Toilets

The venue has Accessible toilets which will be clearly signposted. More detailed information to follow. 

 

Well-being / Quiet space

We have a dedicated quiet room in G7. This will be signposted on the day.

 

Multifaith Room

There is a multi faith room available in the Delegate Suite which will be signposted.

 

BSL

We have two BSL interpreters booked for this event.

 

Coloured Printing

If you have requested documents in a specific format and/or specific coloured paper in advance of the event, then this will be available for collection at registration on arrival.

 

First Aid

We have several first aid trained staff onsite, please speak to a member of the NUS Staff team and they will be able to assist.

If you require medication to be stored in a fridge, please let one of our team know. All medication must be clearly labelled.

This is a one day event – so there is no Conference phone, if you have an issue onsite please contact one of our team.

Tea/Coffee servings and lunch are provided at this event.
